Audiology and other examinations


We are screening hearing disorders with the efficient help of our audiology assistants. After clarifying the cause of tinnitus, (sound or ringing in the ear), hearing loss, ear discharge medication, laser or surgical treatment can be considered. Endoscopic, microscopic, X-ray and examinations and anechoic chamber can be used for hearing tests.

Panoramic and paranasal sinus X-ray is the most up to date radiographic device, reducing to one tenth of the, exposure to radiation. This up-to-date device emits the same amount of radiation during 10 scans as an obsolete one during 1 scan. 

Conditions of the full upper, lower denture and paranasal sinuses are displayed in a digitally magnified view, facilitating the drawing up of concise treatment plans.

Storz endoscope

This is a cutting edge high resolution camera, which can be used in the mouth, pharynx and nasal cavities.
It is an excellent option to display eventual disorders of mouth, pharynx, nasal cavities, and surfaces to our patients. It has an important role in cancer screening; diagnostics, treatment efficiency follow up. This kind of ear-nose-throat screening is recommended once a year at least.
During the first session a thorough ear-nose-throat examination, paranasal sinus X-ray check, instrumental hearing test, and if necessary airway allergy test are carried out together with medical consultation.

Bone and air conduction hearing tests are essential in screening or to clarify hearing disorders.

Operating microscope

The disorders of ear canal, middle ear, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, pharynx and larynx can be clearly diagnosed by the aid of high resolution operating microscope with camera. This device is indispensable to the visibility of laser surgery sites. 

Automated ear flush and medicine spray unit

This device enables the hygienic and pain free up-to-date ear treatment.
